I saw earlier in the week an article explaining that if Beale accepts the GR job he must abide by a condition that he appoints a Scottish number 2, I’m guessing that could prove to be a big stumbling block. Nightingale the Livingston manager is being touted to fill that role. In Scotland they call a Number 2 a Jobby! |

The problem Awin is that Beale has definitely had discussions with Rangers about the job, just as he definitely had discussions with Wolves. I don't know how you can defend that given a.) He's 5 months into a "project" (his words, not mine) at QPR, and b.) All that hot air about being "all-in" and committed to the cause after the Wolves speculation. If he was a Manager in a company I was running I'd be glad to see the back of him. Sends out totally the wrong message to everyone associated with the club. Exactly |
