we should do the old FM trick of signing someone on loan with an option to buy for 300m with the parent club covering the wages. rinse and repeat every season

Is Bonne staying now anyone know ? Centre forward position will be interesting 3 up front could be Willock. Dykes. Chair Amos. Johanson Field Tbc. Dickie. Dunne Albert Dieng can't see bonne staying personally, i think there will be a few players in and out this summer but it won't be a drastic upheaval. i reckon bonne, de wijs and niko will be off for a combined 1.5-2m kind of deal. then it comes down to which of our star players will be sold. we could easily offload all 5 of them to prem clubs but i reckon it'll just be chair and dickie off which would bring in a nice bit of cash to work with. i'd be very happy if beale has 7-10m to work with tbh.

I don’t think any of our star players will leave personally now we have a new manager Maybe Willock 6 million agree and thought this from last season We don’t have five players prem clubs would want Corbs dieng, dickie and even chair get their fair share of hype by the media and could do a job in the prem for a relegation battling team imo. willock arguebly could slot into most of the bottom half teams like leeds, fulham, brentford etc and not look out of place. the club has said in the past that we need to adhere to FFP and to do that we might need to sell a player or 2 every summer but that we will hopefully have a conveyer belt of talent coming in and out. i'd like to keep our best players for sure but i'd also like us to spend a bit of money on players. lets take dickie as an example, i think we could easily get 6m for him in todays market - if not more. even if beale only has 3m of that there's still great players out there that we could pick up for 3m. hull bid 3m for scott twine for example

Corbs has made some good recent posts on this. I've moved them here as worthy of its own discussion...

Off course we could just buy the promotion this year and just get a minimal fine of prem League for being naughty like Bournemouth and Fulham will get.
