Club should announce in advance players won’t be coming out and save on the extra stewarding who stop no one wanting to get on the pitch

Fuck no. I'd stick around if stocks were wheeled out and rotten fruit provided.

Got to ask jim , i get not bothering with Rangers v Forest , but why St Albans v Torquay ? Friends son plays for them and the few times I've been to watch them it's been great. Real genuine hearts on the line football. Old ground, three sides terracing & to add to the mix it's the last game of the season and St Albans need to beat champions Torquay to get into the play offs for promotion to the National league

Youve sold me !If St Albans was the right side of London ,i might even come myself ! Have to admit i watch Sutton Utd in the National league ( good to annoy Leyton Orient too ,who i used to not mind ,but after the way their arrogant players/fans were to Sutton ,now ,i cant stand ),2500 gates ,terraces ,beer in the clubhouse etc really good laugh .

Another occasional Sutton man here too 👍 Have had a season ticket over there for the last 2 seasons but, that said, won't have one for next year because of the price increase and Doswell leaving means, in my opinion, relegation is likely so won't need one. Dont know who will take over from Dos , but hes not the be all and end all at Us, Sutton has progressed as a club gradually ,from the club we used to bail into ,600 gate ,in the late 80s ,300 early 80s. to the club today average 2500 can pull 4000 and take numbers away ! Relegation not likely inmho ,but play off places equally not likely Up for a beer in the Gander ,if your about !

Nice town for a day out too 👍 Some brilliant pubs and you're right, for a non league ground its lovely. Gets a good little atmosphere at games too. Think they average about 900-1200 per game.

Might lodge QPR for a season and get a season ticket there £225 I remember about 10-12 years ago when Orient done us about 4-0 at their ground midweek in the cup and the gloating they done as if they'd just beaten Barcelona.

Jimmy , if people like you ( and me ) dodge QPR , we are fucked . As much as i love going to Sutton , or Tooting and Mitcham , its not QPR There is not enough of us to blow out, for it not to matter ! The only reason QPR carrys on ,is people like you ( and me ) who will blindly follow ! And teach our children to blindly follow too ! I`ll be there next season , and so will you too !!! no choice !

Orient have acted like arrogant cunts in the National league ,fucking upset everyone ,thinking they were Man utd ! as opposed to Tranmere who come down and showed respect ,home and away . Guts me that a bunch of scousers showed more class than Orient !

Please tell me the club aren't going to have the players have a lap of 'honour' on Saturday? Does the club PROMISE that the players won't come out if there's a pitch invasion?

They mention possible consequences should fans enter the “playing area”.
When Joe Lumley is playing, aren’t we all in the “playing area”?

On another note. Great entertainment at St Albans v Torquay Utd today.
Torquay scored after 9 seconds a league & club record.
Hit the post in 2nd minute & the bar in the 6th minute, missed a penalty all in the first half & still rolled out 4-0 winners.
Drinking beers watching the game & entertainment value top notch.
Checked Rangers score and what a shock losing at home & Wells missing yet another late pen ffs

The security with the ropes on the sidelines summed up how out of touch the club are with the fanbase. Most wanted to get out the ground not stay in and invade the pitch...

I'd say there was around 400 Torquay there Lyme Just under 2,000 at the game.
