Was taking about Johnson. He seriously needs to retire. I disagree. He’s vital to us. When he drops off, we do the same as a team. When he’s on song, he’s difference top half vs bottom half in my view

Important we didn’t lose from 3- 0 but so many problems to solve. Seny kept us in that and Albert closed up Boro left where we were wide open all second half.

First win fir the gaffer at home. Could easily have been 4 points from six Sunderland away next week so should be looking minimum point As always not fussed by midweek cup game One point from six was probably closer.

Hammer only got on because of new five man sun rule. If it remains Ed three guessing he would have stopped on bench

The problem with him and Field as a pairing is that they don't score goals, offer little, if anything, offensively, and aren't able to spoil the offensive game of an opponent. We were murdered in midfield second half. Murdered. All last season, with the same team, we folded when opponents raise their game. Same today. Willock's wonder goal and their keeper got us those three points. Fulham knew what they were doing shifting Johansen. Which is why they are where they are.

I thought Johanssen did well today especially in the first half. Amos, Willock, Dieng and Dickie did as did Dykes as was expecting another no show but he did score and did ok overall. RB is a worry and needs addressing asap.

Interested how Amos lasted given he’s had no real pre season and done 96mins?

Minus a wonder goal and a keeper fuck up we'd have lost that.

Loved the way Beale had us playing in the first half and it's still early days. Feeling much better after last week.

People were screaming at Kakay for being dragged in the centre leaving wide man in acres but problem was Boro overload in behind strikers that wasn’t being covered by Field and Stefan - so Kakay tucked in. Clever by Boro.

I hope Kakay finds form and secures place at club. When I first saw him thought there was a player in him but then he tailed off. I still think there is a half decent player but needs be backed and supported by club and fans but Think he’s run out of goodwill

Just my take at it.

Main thing about today is
A/ We scored 3 goals B/ We got three points C/ Hits didn’t kill Dykes D/ Willock is back E/ Amos is back
Who cares if Boro came back and nearly won they didn’t we did Very happy tonight Need to learn from this result especially the second half
