Is that not tge Christmas Tree you created there Could be a diamond with Field at the base and Armstrong at the tip, but I think Beale favours 4-3-2-1 so I'll stick with what I put. But tbh I think he's going to start with Dykes again.

we'd concede about 9 goals with that lineup but would hopefully score 12 Would be well exciting though Corbs I would take a 12-9 result me too tbh, i'd even take a 12-9 loss just for the sheer novelty. i think the entire stadium would be cheering every goal by time it gets to 15 goals

Though SDM sounds like something bad on your banana Couldn't write Duke-McKenna as it ruined the tree shape lol

Dieng
Laird Dickie Dunne Paal
SDM Johansen Field
Roberts Willock
Armstrong
This, except don't know who is SDM so would play Albert there.

SDM Johansen Field
Roberts Willock
Armstrong
This, except don't know who is SDM so would play Albert there. Duke-McKenna. I'm throwing him in with Amos out, Dozzell disappointing and we already have Laird on the overlap. Just a personal choice as I think he's likely to start with Dozzell and Dykes.

i like dozzell and feel we should be investing in him more but he hasn't been great tbh. had a few good moments in him but is always a 5/10 every game.
plus he's too much like stefan so doesn't really work in a midfield 3 alongside stef and field.

Dieng
Laird Dickie Dunne Paal
SDM Johansen Field
Roberts Willock
Armstrong
Yeah I like this team, but I don't think you can leave Chair out, especially after his fab five minutes at the end v Sunderland. Would love to see SDM get a chance, but there's no way he's going to start. This 11 has attacking prowess, but it's perhaps weak in midfield with Johansen in front of the back four. I also don't think Beale is going to start Armstrong just yet, but he has to give him more than 10 minutes this time.
I'd go for something like this:
Dieng
Laird Dickie Dunne Paal
Adomah Field Willock
Chair
Roberts Dykes

Not trying to sound condescending but it’s Blackpool and even with a depleted side we should be comfortable in tanking them.

Dieng Laird Dickie Dunne Paal Adomah Field Willock Chair Roberts Dykes Too much of a soft centre IMO Hubs - CBs need more protection.

I`m not sure I would start Stefan J, but we haven`t got a replacement for him in the squad, imo. #catch22

i'd go for
dieng laird dickie dunne paal kakay field stef willock armstrong chair/roberts
i've suggested before that kakay could be a utility player as he does run about a bit and is decent with the ball. we're missing legs in midfield with amos gone and dozzell not being that type of player so i think kakay could do a job there.
think armstrong deserves a start ahead of dykes and bonne too.

MB suggested recently that he was missing 7 players in his perceived best starting Eleven at Sunderland.
Could these drop out when injured players return?
Kakay. Laird fit Dunne. Salter unfit Nico. Paal fit Johansen. Richards unfit Adomah. Roberts fit Shodipo. Willock some mins tonight? Chair. Amos unfit

Why even play him Stan? He's not producing anything at the moment. And this is Blackpool we're talking about. At home. With Willock and Roberts and Chair in the starting 11 they're the ones who are going to be defending. I think Field can play the DM/sweeper role. Not sure how SDM works and he's not going to start anyway, is he? Obviously Amos would be the man if he wasn't bloody injured already. Let's attack them from the start with a high press and see how we get on. That's what I'll be saying to Mick when I speak to him later...

Because I think the captain is still our best option in that role, dictating play in front of the two CDMs. If Roberts is ready to start then he would take Chair's place as Mick likes to play two AMs behind the striker. I did say I think Beale will play Dozzell and Dykes and that SDM is just a personal choice, in light of Amos' absence and Dozzell's loss of form.

Its the combination of Chair, Willock and Roberts all attacking together I want to see (hopefully for at least part of the match).
No indication as far as I am aware that Duke Makenna in the manager's immediate plans (appreciate Stanley giving the team he would like to see, not what we will see).

If we are going to get anywhere near the playoffs with this group we need to improve substantially in the simple things. Discipline. Organisation. Leadership. Proactive. More Aggressive within the rules. Tactics. Fitness. Game management.Concentration.
That should keep you busy for a while Mr.Beale.
