Trying to buy an additional couple of tickets, so go on the website, click on the area in the ground where I want to get the ticket - and the screen goes blank.
Happens repeatedly.
App not loading so can't do it that way.
Then try to pay over the phone. Get recorded message from Ilias and Uncle which is quite amusing for the first couple of minutes but half an hour later its getting a bit repetitive.
I sometimes honestly wonder if this club wants customers, or whether it just assumes it can treat them like shit.
Does it get that it is in the entertainment business and lots of customers aren't diehard fans and will just give up?

I email them, saying I'm having trouble, give a number, and they usually call back.

Did finally get through to a really friendly, efficient lady who then sorted it in a couple of minutes - but every interaction with the club does seem to be a bit of a battle whereas any businessman will tell you a successful business puts huge effort into ensuring every step of a purchase (online, over the counter, phone, App, whatever) is as simple as possible.

Or in India or Bulgaria there are loads of cheap really good tech people - a decent website would pay for itself fairly quickly as there is so much product/ access they could sell

Clubs commercial operation around tickets probably needs total overhaul.
I generally find the staff helpful when down there but in todays day and age really should not have to go down there to complete a transaction. Piss poor

Latest shit customer experience - trying to buy two more tickets on the website, finally manage to battle thru to the correct page (which they seem to hide), select two seats, click that I accept the ts&cs, then press “proceed to checkout”.
Think I’ve finally got there. But this then takes me to a page to update my profile! I do update it. But then no button to press to take me to check out.
Go back to the previous page but each time I press “proceed to checkout” it takes me back to my profile page with no way of entering my card details. Ask my wife to try in case I’m being stupid.
She has same issue. Try about ten more times then give up.
Great experience again Rangers, clearly you don’t want my money.
