Great players who became great managers

Yeah I mentioned this somewhere a couple of games back for the Cherries; Gary O'Neill features only once in my QPR memory, like most of you I suspect, for getting sent off in the play-off final - was that his last game for us? He's been under the radar ever since, but he seems to know what he's doing, quite impressive actually, especially if you compare him to the high profile billy big bollocks like Lampard and Gerard who - despite all the hype - can't seem to match their managerial skills with their former footballing glory. It's rare that top players go on to be good managers, Zidane seems to be an exception, or El Tel, of course. Who else?
