I think it's going to tell us he's scored again! Yes. Tweet not showing your end? He just got on, and smashed it in with his first touch!

Just seen his goals for Oxford yesterday, one well placed shot and one touch in the box worthy of any striker. Has been looking good for them. Begs the question why we didn't get this out of him - starting with Peaky Blunder trying to turn him into a wing back, criticising his defending and buying him a ticket to Port Vale.

Not our first loanee who has scored for League One or Two team. That doesn't make him good enough to score in the Championship. Just typical daydreaming.

Chair seemed to be scoring wonder goals for fun when he was at Stevenage. Now look!

Not daydreaming just wondering why WE don't work with promising youngsters. Anyone who's seen my posts on here or before on WATRBs knows I'm no fan of loaning out talent. I get that they need games but some of them should get game time HERE. It must be 5 years ago now that Nasser was creaming his pants over the next best thing to come at QPR and what do we do? A few games of Hollowhead's hokey-cokey football, destroy his confidence, then ship him out to those bastions of youth development Port Vale and Colchester. I have never bought the myth that we develop players. Eze came good because cream comes to the top. Why hasn't Dieng played before? Kakay has hit a wall. Chair doesn't get better. No one rates Hamalainen. Oteh is out. Smyth is out. The days of Francis, Allen, Goddard are long gone.

Basic mistake is to think every 18-21 year old player will get better when they gain experience. Truth is that only 20 % will.

Trouble is we never know. Bettache has been here years and I'm sure Kelman is better than a bench warmer. Will we ever find out before we send them to Scotland?

Who is teaching Masterson the game? He clearly has something to offer but will only go backwards under MW.

Who is teaching Masterson the game? He clearly has something to offer but will only go backwards under MW. hence the exact reason why he should have gone out loan to get some proper big boy match experience and come back next season ready to start. I said this when people said dont loan him he’s going waste a season on the bench gets 15mins here and there and how is that to his or our benefit

Don’t think he did get loan experience Liverpool they never ever loaned him out and don’t think he ever represented them. His whole playing career of actual games is in the hoops. He has zero proper experience of league football But hey Ho suppose he can get that real experience picking splinters out his arse on the sidelines 🙄

If our management and coaching staff don't trust him that says more about them than a young player we saw fit to buy.

You can only pick 11 players My response would involve formation, Substitutions and ability of MW to actually see the wood for the trees so maybe leave that for a beer sometime.

Wankers ruining the game got rid of the football combination. Reserves played every week, so players learnt their trade and honed their craft. Like Clive Allen. In the team at 18. Thirty goals a season at 19. Plus players got match fit in reserve games from injury. Now the big six hoover up all the could be talent, sending them out on loan if they are surplus to requirements.

Him getting smashed in league one by an akinfemwa will If he’s going play here (or other youngsters) then fair enough keep them give them games but if there not then let them get game time and experience playing week in week out. Surely that’s to our advantage?

No one rates Hamalainen. Oteh is out. Smyth is out. The days of Francis, Allen, Goddard are long gone. I'm gonna disagree with you here Al. For me, it's clear that Kakay and Hamalainen have improved as a result of getting regular games on loan. The same probably applies for Dieng. For me Oteh isn't up to this level and should drop down a few divisions to get regular game time. Probably the same for Smyth. Whilst he has something about him, he's just a bit too lightweight for the Championship and not good enough to compensate for the fact he weighs about 9 stone after a decent feed! I also think that his 6 months at Wycombe was an important part of Eze's development. If for nothing else, regular games would have been good for his confidence having been knocked back by so many sides in his younger years. Loads of articles out there about the amount of clubs he was released from and how he nearly walked away from football when he left Millwall. The below one from Talksport goes into it a bit. talksport.com/football/efl/533565/ebere-eze-exclusive-qpr-millwall-rejection-criticism-fans-steve-mcclaren/For a lot of players, going on a loan or 2 is an essential part of their development. Harry Kane is a great example. How many loan spells did he have before he had learned enough about the game and had the confidence to play 1st team for Spurs? I think he spent the majority of 3 seasons loaned out to League 1 and Championship sides. Look at him now. As for Shodipo, I'm genuinely not convinced he's good enough for Championship football myself. But I guess time will tell!
