Lovely holiday for the two of them so far.
After Mendy's performance the other day, Seny might be in with a chance of a start.
Not sure Chair looks like he'll get a look-in though, short of first choice players getting injured.

Felt sorry for him. Saw him trying to join in the celebrations at the end, but he looked a bit lost. Mind you, there are going to be some knackered players in that squad. Would be hilarious/mad/amazing if he got a chance in the quarters!

Frustrating for Chair, the player Morocco have in the same role as him looks brilliant. But shame he hasn't had at least a brief appearance. Brazil have even been able to give their third choice keeper a run out. Chair missing for Burnley no doubt just to be sitting on the bench.

Moroccan team has progressed by playing aggressive high energy football, pinging the ball around quickly. They’re not great but it works for them - no way does Chair fit that pattern. His style is an option that hasn’t been needed so they’re not going to change for sake of change. |
