from a younger perspective:
1) taarabt 2) eze 3) austin 4) faurlin 5) hill 6) lee cook 7) shittu 8) paddy kenny 9) rowlands 10) chair 11) derry 12) smithies 13) willock 14) BOS 15) mackie 16) gallen 17) dieng 18) bircham 19) gorkks 20) blackstock
kind of hard list for me as we've had a lot of dross in my 20 or so years supporting the club. could have put the likes of ainsworth, paul furlong and helguson in there but i've tried to balance it on importance to our team, longevity at the club and sheer skill and also just who i have fond memories of.
only the first 5 or 6 are really ones i'm dead certain on and i could probably fiddle around with the list a bit here and there if i put more thought into it lol.

Eze almost made my top 20 and like you Corbray i was also fond of Alex Smithies and Faurlin who were also in my thoughts but missed out on my top 20.
Clarke Carlisle, Nedum Onhoua, Peter Hucker, Robbie James Lee Cook and Martin Rowlands also deserve a mention as does Ian Stewart and Ian Dawes
of the current crop Uncle Albert and Jimmy Dunne are possibilities for the future

Was never a big fan of Gallen, injury at Portsmouth finished him up front.
A few classy players missing Buzsacky Currie Gillard Givens Flanagan Parker

i know im gonna get shot down in flames here
but i just dont get the love for Clint Hill
yes he was a character but for me he was always out of his depth for us and couldn't take to him
dont get me wrong i saw the efforts and passion but i just couldnt take to him same as Sean Derry
Paul Parker i liked when at QPR but i never understood why we only played him centre half when he was 4 ft 11 hes in the mix with the others outside my top 20
Toying with the idea of putting Eze into my top 20 but dont think he was with us long enough to get to the god status i know he was capable of being
