Buzzing for him and Dickie today. Taken some slack and rightly so but really bullied their front two today and gave them very little. They were superb (along with Field who IMO was immense Saturday) - really pleased for them. Crazy how they looked almost like different players form the previous Saturday. Just shows what a difference going from a 2 to a 3 can make, plus playing Field alongside them who was excellent too. This combined with the fighting team spirit and confidence GA has now instilled into his players. He has recognised these two missing ingredients early into his tenure (something NC failed at) so big credit to him for that. His next task is to improve our fitness levels which again were exposed in the 2nd half and which a better team would have exploited. |

I’m still struggling to get head round being top in October and then getting on this (or is it that now) run of poor results and performances. I think Critchley was a good guy and disappointed it didn’t work out. Fully support Gareth and he’s clearly right guy to take us on given where we are. However, I can’t get over this general feeling of feeling deflated about qpr at the moment.

Ainsworth can’t do anything about dickie being a brain dead retard and giving a pen away that early whether the ball should have made it that far or not. His arms were all over the place. Zero brain. Absolutely fucking zero. On the back foot since that. Drewe been roasted and targeted and then it’s 2. Dieng doing a dickie impression and basically giving them a third. Absolutely criminal. The 4th looked like normal schoolboy stuff from the dynamic duo. Unable to carry out basic marking/defending. I hope they are all ashamed of themselves.
