So satisfying the way the Watford mugs lost it towards the end. See you all next year - not Wilder😂

That was fucking brilliant.
The best part of it was we showed two sides to us which we haven’t in months.
First half some good fluid football mixed with confidence and good tactics. Getting players behind the ball when we were on the back foot and working as a unit.
Second half we were pretty much under the cosh from the first whistle yet we dug in, done the shitty dog work and rode our luck at times but all in all stuck together and ground out a massive win.
Really saw an Ainsworth side out there today.
Got very lucky with the penalty shout. From where I was sitting it looked like he nudged the ball forward and was then tripped. Looked a pen for me but fuck that I’ll take any bit of luck we can get right now.
That felt good today. Every player to a man was fantastic.

What a brilliant win today. They all did well imo. Even Dozzell did a lot of hard defensive work. Special mention to Drewe who looked a real prospect and Kakay had his best game ever. He is much better at wb it would seem.

I've had a dreadful couple of weeks.. utter misery. Family matters that drag you down into the gutter.. Yet today, this Quirky unfashionable liittle club, the polar opposite from the West Ham Meryvn Day Goalkick from where i was born, provides me with something i can't yet understand. some artefact of a higher love.
For 45 years I've been drawn across the universe to this club... A Love that transcends dimensions of time and space. i can't understand it.
God bless the boys today and the crowd that sung them home.
utter bliss.

Hoedt’s gf broke up with him yesterday of course after weeks of public accusations that he cheated on her on more than a few occasions.

Ainsworth deserves a lot of credit for that. Hold my hand up, he wasn't the kind of manager I wanted - prefer someone more technical who will improve players. But we had two of those and look where they got us. We were sleepwalking into relegation and we needed someone to gee everyone up. He does that. Like the fact that we were a bit nasty at times - how often have we just been too soft? Not today. No getting away from the fact the next couple of years are going to be very tough with no money and prob one way or another losing a lot of our bigger earners. We will be shopping - if at all - in Poundland, and the football might be direct at times but the target for the next couple of years will be about digging in and surviving in the Championship. The performance today was a blueprint for that, five at the back, not too much silky stuff in midfield but getting it in early to two big lumps up front. It might not always be that pretty but it might be what keeps us in the Championship.

A great win in a scrappy game . This team competed and fought for every ball ... Thought Field was outstanding . Ossie great 1st half, Drewe gave his all the ball he chased to the line Showed real desire . Well done to GA for galvanizing this lot and sending us home happy.

Field didn’t look out of place and it was good to see both him and Dickie breaking out carrying the ball forwards on occasions, but I can’t get away from thinking that Watford were shite overall. Think QPR have to take some credit for that too. We made them look shite by all the hard pressing and getting under their skin. Their team that was already low on confidence coming into the game, despite having some very talented players.

Just saying it how I saw the game. There’s clearly an obvious fitness issue with us in playing at such a high pressing style, our players need to be able to revert back to being a passing side when out of gas.

Massive credit to Thing for sorting the press and tweaking the set up. Hats off. However... we can not expect to sit deep for the last 40m every week and not get punished. Quality out ball still needed....

Definitely, 70 mins and most of them are blowing out their arses. Fitness needs addressing.

Ainsworth must get pulled overall the time as he looks like a Eastern European pimp/ dealer He's a shocker, especially with the died red hair. Can see him at 60: bald but still with a long grey pony tail, tight jeans and cowboy boots. Think I would even prefer your look - white loafers Miami Vice style circa 1985...
