fucking awful experience today, hopefully i can make sense of it and be a warning to others.
so rather than the QPR cash being the normal standard, it now converts to a discount code should you use it online. i was curious about how much of my QPR cash i could use so i redeemed it online to work out how much of a discount i could get not realising it would be irreversable.
went into the club shop today to buy a shirt only to be told that my QPR cash was irredemable. lots of humming and harring and back and forth, not the assistants fault as they were very helpful and went above and beyond (special mention to ethan) to try and help but to no ev avail. walked out of the shop without a shirt or my cash and now have to get it reversed via email to the higher ups.
i was told that i wasn't the first person inconvenienced by this so if you could email the club about it stan it'd be great. its a weird and stupid decision, like why can't i just reverse my discount code (WHICH STATES HOW MUCH DISCOUNT I HAVE) back into QPR cash?!

The club put out on Twitter improvements have already been made and can be seen on the offy website.👍 This issue has been raised several times at SCC meetings. Basically the excuse given is lack of funding/resources, which I imagine is due to it not being able to be monetised (possibly due to not enough demand), otherwise a better service would probably exist. Nothing to lose by complaining again though Sparks, as the more who do, the more chance of something being done about it. Email Chloe Tong with your complaints at chloe.tong@qpr.co.uk (Marketing and Supporter Liaison Administrator)

Corbray Just received this very prompt response from the club to your post: "I completely understand the frustration - the information re: the code being irreversible is incorrect. We apologise for the experience today and please email clubshop@qpr.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue asap. Thanks."

The official website gave info on fans wanting to watch U18 matches at Heston but need to fill out online form and have already promised significant improvements.
