The most unprofessional thing this club has recently made was signing Julio Cesar just two weeks after we had signed Rob Green. Two very expensive goalkeepers in the squad at the same time. Unbelievable.

Relegation might be the only way to get rid of Les and co. He's stuck to us like shit to a blanket so far. Put the club in the league one washing machine and clean the lot out.

think we're done for personally.
there's something incredibly wrong with our club and i don't know what it is. every championship club would love to have the likes of willock, chair, paal and dieng in their team but we are royally fucked right now.
its as good as done for me. i'd be gobsmacked if we stayed up as we certainly don't deserve it. 2 wins in 25(?) is plain awful.

Going down would be disastrous for the club. Whether we're dewy eyed or not, we're going down, so people might as well start getting used to the idea. Whether it will be 'disastrous' remains to be seen. It's certainly not the scenario we'd like, BUT if it means an enforced root and branch reform, it could still end up being beneficial. What's clear is that the way this club has been mismanaged since the appointment of Les Ferdinand as DOF certainly has been disastrous, and if relegation is the only way to change that... well, wouldn't you consider that to be a benefit? Mind you, if he stays on.... yeah, then we truly are fucked, relegation or not. |
