Neil Warnock Mark Warbourton Start Again Kick Les out Clint Defensive Coach why clint as a defensive coach? other than a QPR legend and a defender, why him? Nothing as far as I know to show that he would be any good at it. Did a decent job at Fleetwood when Barton was there didn't he? |

Liam Manning? The same Liam Manning who’s had the sum total of 14 months experience managing in the EFL. He was sacked from MK dons after they were second from bottom of league one, only on goal difference. Since taking over at Oxford they’ve played 5 or 6 games and haven’t won yet. So from the last 26 matches he’s managed in league one he’s picked up 18 points. If he’s the answer then we really are fucked as a club. Sounds ideal. Sign him up!

I don’t know enough about Bournemouth to decide if Gary O’Neil would be a good fit for us but what I would say I’ve seen plenty of his after match interviews and he did not come across as convincing for me.
The obvious caveat is he’s another ex R so is that in itself a good reason to appoint him?

All this bollocks about how we’re gonna work hard etc etc. it’s absolute horse shit. He’s a shocking managerial appointment and I’m personally sick and tired of being on the receiving end of piss poor leadership. We need new owners who have at least some idea of what they are doing and set some professional standards because at present this club is an absolute disgrace |

Dean Smith hasn't done well anywhere, has he? Struggled to get a very good Villa side up. Spent loads and survived due to goal line technology failure. |

We just got to do the work of looking. we might not make a change now but if the owners are smart they will be doing due diligence on people they fancy at the very least. Get ahead of the game in the event you do need change instead of starting prep work in 6/7 games. |

Gary O’Neil done a great job at Bournemouth, but Jesus the mess he would inherit here, not sure if he’s been through it enough for that.
Personally think we needs a experienced wider head to steady the ship and galvanise the squad.
Gareth must of lost the team the moment he said the championship was scary or whatever he said.
