There were positives in that performance today. We created chances both halves and could not question effort.
Midfield far better with Tim and or Amos.
We do still look so nervous in comfortable parts of the pitch which results in us putting ourselves under pressure.
I never thought dieng was at fault for the goal what was Dunne doing trying to cut out first pass made total mess of it. He gets away with murder with the fans.
Would have taken point before game. I suspect Coventry will put reading away at the weekend. Because of the goal difference we have to go into the Bristol game outside the bottom three or it’s not even in our hands if we win.

Letting them score in the first 10 seconds of the 2nd half is inexcusable really. It's so obvious they weren't switched on which is just totally unprofessional. It's been the story of the season - elementary concentration lapses. That's actually been our biggest problem. More so than anything tactical.

Well, I'm going to buck the trend here: I didn't think we played that bad. Given the situation, the context, the pressure, I thought the team showed moments of actually fairly decent football. Dykes' goal was excellent. Drewe played well most of the game, impressive for a youngster who's barely played a first team game. Yes, Chair's set pieces are awful, but he's a good little player if he can be used properly. Paal played well and his corners and crossing were generally good. The Glass man looked good until the inevitable happened. Like Westy, I don't think Dieng was at fault for the goal. He also made some excellent saves and punches. I like him, I still think he's a decent keeper. Field did okay. Tim looked pretty good in patches.
So the ingredients are there. You can see how, with the right coach, this team could be in a much better position than it is. But I don't think GA is that man. Some of his decisions are baffling. Adomah is just woeful. Lowe doesn't look like he gives a shit. Martin... well, he's about as mobile as a concrete bollard. Decent attitude though. Dunne clearly needs someone like JCS beside him. But... we got a point. I doubt we'll get one off Burnley. I don't hold out much hope against Stoke. We might scrape a win v Brizzle. I don't think that's going to be enough to keep us up.

Tim is class. Looks lazy or lethargic but he’s not. He just isn’t rash on the ball. Quite composed and makes sensible decisions. We really need him in the run in.

As a keeper you never push the ball into open play so Dieng letting it squirm away from him is a mistake. He is an inteenational keeper not a pub one.

I thought he done well to save it as it was travelling and I thought he pushed it wide hence why it was back post follow up went in.
I’ve blamed him for few goals this season but Think thats harsh. Only seen it in game not seen replay so will be interested to watch it back.

My bugbear is we’re NEVER the first ones to rebounds.
Keepers will do that but fuck me it’s always an opposition player that happens to be there first. Same last week at WBA.
Concentration levels are piss poor.

Tim will have a good career in the game. Clearly a talented boy with bundles of ability. Unfortunately for both him and us almost, he’s learning on the job. So for us we get the hump when he makes mistakes (he will, he’s a kid), and ideally he would be learning his trade in a side not involved in a relegation scrap. But let’s be honest he’s going onto bigger and better things than QPR.

Chair needs to go. A ball hog who creates fuck all One of our most talented players but I have to agree with you he creates very little but loses the ball a lot. Just not on form and it’s been for ages now. I’ve already had a moan about his set pieces which are abysmal EVERY time but his general play just isn’t at the level he’s capable of. There is an argument to drop him but with a team so lacking in creativity and tenacity the risk is losing that when he could easily turn it back on again which we need right now.

Thought we had a very good 1st half, most of them ran themselves into the ground.
Paal was very good especially in my opinion. Thought Tim, Martin, Dykes were good.
Started the 2nd half slowly which is so disappointing but for once, we didn't let them have loads of chances.
Why does Dieng take so long to boot the ball?!
Subs were too late. Not sure why Albert was before Richards or Willock. Not sure why Richards was on 90 minutes abs why no Willock at all.
Just seen the Ainsworth interview; didn't play Laird out of choice. Also we did an afternoon session. I just assumed they would be doing afternoon sessions already seeing the slump we are in?!

Not sure how the gaffer can say set pieces are so important then watch Chair balls up everyone he has.
Lowe and Paal took one and fired them into the danger area. Much more effective.
One of chairs second half was like a ballon went the height of the roof of loft what’s the point in that.

Too one footed, too greedy and overplays, hopeless dead ball kicks - can all that be coached out? We’ve never managed it.

The flaws you mention are why he is still with us and not in the Premier League.
He's been coached by Holloway, Mclaren, Warburton, Beale, Critchley and now Ainsworth, plus his manager at Stevenage and youth levels. Not going to change hes now 26.
