It must be down to that hackneyed phrase 'hope springs eternal...' which is often the sole motivator of many football fans. It's not easy supporting this lot at the moment!

I feel so sorry for him as you can tell he’s suffering but this is a hard listen.
He sounds like a manager before they know they are getting sacked. The man on that interview is already a shadow of the man that joined weeks ago this club is poison.
He says there are not enough leaders and energy in dressing room so the players need to get that from him but if that interview is example of how he is currently on training ground that’s the opposite of energetic and enthusiastic.
Come on Ainsworth we need your personality, energy and drive more then ever the next three weeks if you can’t find it then it’s game over.
