I'll even backtrack on previous comments about Hoos and Ramsey too, they can both fuck off and all. I'd hand the reigns at board level to Amit. Hire a proper football man next to him, bring in a couple of young Analysts and rebuild from the ground up. |

Hire a proper football man next to him, bring in a couple of young Analysts and rebuild from the ground up. we need a proper DOF, where they're from doesn't matter but i don't believe they'd be hard to find. find one operating at a smaller yet overachieving club across europe or in the lower leagues. amiens SC for example have an english DOF who's unearthed talent that have been sold on for big bucks to prem and ligue 1 clubs over the past few years. he's probably too big for us as i remember monaco and lyon being interested in him recently. but then you still have scandanavian and other more minor regions that surely have clubs with DOF's who we can poach along with a lucrative player base that we can exploit. |

I'm not even sure DoF is right Corbs. Probably a CEO more than a DoF, from a side used to operating on a budget ideally. Also someone not frightened of embracing technology in order to make data driven decisions.

its just pure ridiculousness. i don't mind hoos but thats a separate discussion.
footballing side of things is les' domain though and that includes the medical team as surely les would be right above them? we've had far too many injuries, fitness issues and alledged dietry problems for it to just be a bit of bad luck.

Beale will know they can get him fit and look after him. A bit like a mechanic picking up an old car cheap. There seems to be no doubt there is an issue at our club with fitness and conditioning. Ainsworth has openly declared it's a systemic problem at the club, so it's straight from the horse's mouth now and no secret at all. |

Mick the prick He is and we’ll always hate him because that is the football culture he works within but I took a job many years ago where I’d been lied to and it “wasn’t what it said in the brochure” to use his phrase. I left the following week. Problems he hinted at are there for all to see and fact remains he got the best out of a poor squad this season. I hope you fail Michael, but only because you shat on my club. I can’t blame you for ditching this basket case because I did exactly the same thing. |

We've got players not making themselves available for knocks , niggles and strains , what a load of bollox.
I've got 2 bad knees , abductor muscle strain , asthma and I'm 60 and over weight. But I still get on the pitch every 2 weeks and get on with it .
We've too many snowflakes at the club .
Whatever happened to getting patched up and get on with it.
