Loved HH, one of my all time faves. Tommy Smith was a really good player who I think was underrated. Thought it was crazy we got rid of him.

Wilson and Bardsley were very underated outside of the club.

Helguson was incredible for us. Ale Faurlin was also instrumental in both the title-winning and first Prem seasons.

Barker was a very good player in that team. Bardsley was the best crosser I have seen as a full back. In recent times thought Paddy was underated and was unlucky to be replaced by the inferior Green.

Dont think the Bard was ever underrated , he was one of the best crossers of the ball ive ever seen , good enough to play for England ( twice ! ) Clive Wilson definitely rated , we missed him as much as Les in our 96 relegation season . Faulin has to be most overrated player ever to put on the hoops , he was decent ,but no better . ( and he made a very good living off QPR while he sat injured ,( again )) . People have him as some sort of godlike figure ,but in truth he was an average footballer ,injury prone ,but had a pleasant personality . Underrated , i`d say Ian Dawes , never gets mentioned , but he was a very competent defender ,i`m struggling to remember any mistakes he made , in a Rangers team that tore up the early/mid 80s , always conducted himself well , general nice fella .

Good point on Dawes Vesps, Bardsley should have played more than twice for England considering it was Lee Dixon who was first choice at the time. Gary Waddock was also a hell of a player and never recovered from his bad injury. Gary Bannister was also a player during the mid 80's as well.

Under rated? Adel Taarabt. "Only ever had one good season with us" "Not a team player" "Never put any effort in" ALL untrue.

I was just going to say Dawsie mate. Top lad. I had the pleasure of knowing him and travelled to his debut away at Rotherham with his parents. He lent us his complimentary tickets for the time he was with us. He even nearly played for our Croydon Sunday League team once but decided if Venables found out he would get in trouble!. He was one of our best left backs in my opinion. Warren Neill on the other side was decent too.

Clarke Carlisle was good for us during a bad time in his life. Going further back Danny Maddix gave us great service as well.

Robert Steiner was a swedish player who I seem to remember split opinions among QPR-supporters. He was not very tecnically gifted I guess, but worked hard during a period when we not a very good team.

I don’t know why but I loved Tony Sealy.
If Dawes was underrated then so was warren Neil.

Matty Rose. Was technically very good player and had some good games but was fragile
