Would you look at getting him back now Bolton are relegated and considering the kind of players we will be trying to get.

Harsh Shania. Who should we sign then?? Bearing in mind loan and free transfers on low wages will be our market.

Fit as a fiddle and will be the kind of player we’ll be looking at next season. Cheap, older but can play a bit. Will always love him for sacrificing himself in the play off final for the club.

Still lives in the south as see him reguarly on the train. Good pro to have if we are relying on Chair, Eze and the like.

Not sure how he is rated by the Bolton faithful though. Make no mistake about it, he was solid for us. A player with a brain also..hmm, I must give it a second thought!!

Shania. Who are those younger players? Also we are likely to have a team full of kids so experience will be needed.

Rangel made a huge difference to us this season. Can I say he was the difference between staying up or being relegated?

Was very important during the good run we had in october/november. Was a massive miss today as well.

Gary O'Neil will be 36 years old before next season starts. It is possible to add experience to the squad without signing players that are over the hill you know!
What we need is a manager in place, and a proper plan in the transfer window.

Tarbie. Played well at Loftus Road a few weeks ago and was better than any of our lot and that was at 35 years of age. Good pro who will be a very very good man to have influence the likes of Eze, Chair and the like. As for having a plan we have not had one in the last 8 years so why would this year be any different.

Need one or two old heads in the squad(Rangel)but must buy young players with potential sell-on value. Guys like Bidwell. Lynch, Sylla etc all leave for free after fees being paid for them.

Sadly Brian this should of been the case 7 years ago in the premier league and ultimately that is why we find ourselves in this situation. Sterling been the best transfer business we have had.
