Not sure where best place to post this as more fitness connected but not sure if we have a specific fitness thread although we all aloud to it.
Stan/Brights please move if somewhere better for this.
Watched this and actually found it reassuring.
Fella clearly drilling them to increase fitness levels and he seems no nonsense and to the point which this lot probably need.

I wonder who is driving all of this? tbh i reckon gaz is the main guy pushing for it. wycombe always had a small squad but played an intense brand of football. i imagine the board were looking to improve it too though as we've had a ridiculous number of injuries over the past few years |

Looks encouraging to be honest. Hopefully we will see fitter players and less injuries this season. With the squad so thin injuries to key players could be even more devastating to us than last season.

Yesterday showed us that we still need a coach who can work with the attackers imo. If we find the right one, it will surely be worth it.

Why not get Kevin Gallen in a couple of days a week? Interesting shout. Not sure how well liked he is in the upper echelons of the club though. He's had a few things to say over the years. Rightly so too, lots of stuff to complain about. I'm not sure however they'd want anyone around that has a history of saying negative stuff. The vibe at the moment seems to be one of positivity and camaraderie. |

Why does everything have to be a former QPR player. Not dig at you 77 just how this club works.
He’s not coached anywhere as far as I’m aware so why would he be a good coach.

Just on our new fitness coach. One of the main complaints about the Oxford performance was they out-ran us.

Pitch looks shorter and also more narrow but our fitness looks worse than other teams so far.
