Stanley posted what was individual % of shares held, it showed Fernandes and Maranum named as being the Tune group. Meranum resigned in 2022 so it’s possible Tune group has now collapsed at QPR. Yes, so as of the most recent accounts, Tony Fernandes and Kamarudin Meranun owned 26.81% of the club. |

Yeah, that's definitely Ruben's father listed. He's obviously now passed away. I'm assuming Ruben has done that for tax purposes.

My understanding was that Richard Reilly had acquired around 12% of the club, the Mittal's have retained something like 4% as of the last issuance of new shares and with Tony departing, I would assume that the vast majority of shares that remain are with Ruben.

Im reasonably confident in saying that Stan originally produced figures on a different thread where Amit shares had dipped significantly from previous figures. Stan then updated a year later that showed Amit shares had increased slightly.

So even here it shows Ruben as having a controlling interest; along with Amit's increase: Precise breakdown:  Other significant change is: Fernandes and Meranun have sold 20% of their stake, going from 46% down to 26% The Mittals have bought another 7% increasing their stake to 10% And the new American shareholder Reilly has come in with 12% |
