Being unable to sleep is a nightmare. I was suffering from sleeplessness and have been taking sleeping pills for about two/three months. Happy to say I've now gone a week without taking them and back sleeping. I quickly realised tho the addictive ones are to be avoided, so moved on to some non-addictive ones which work just as well.

Just take one magnesium citrate 360g per night and you will sleep soundly. Do some research into it mate, it works.

Being unable to sleep is hell. In fact sleep deprivation is a form of torture. Mine was down to shit going on in my life and associated depression - nightly routine was lights out, head down... and the 'Black Dog' starts talking in my head. Tried booze and prescribed drugs, both of which had en effect initially, but nothing long-lasting. Best single thing for me is going to sleep with the radio on - I listen to Radio 4 Extra - comedy, drama, sci-fi. Listening to comedy or plot lines distracts the negative thought and I get off much better than I used to. Dr Michael Mosely has some tips on the subject in his podcast... www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0d65hddjWill give Hits' magnesium a try...

Like anything, there is so much information and opinion out there, for and against pretty much everything. Even that article says "some people find it helps" and that it can help in particular circumstances - if you are older, have diabetes and so on. It even says that "Some studies have found that magnesium supplements can: make it easier to fall asleep; improve sleep quality; reduce symptoms of restless legs syndrome, which can interfere with a good night’s sleep".The proviso is that these studies have been fairly small, so may not be statistically 'valid'. Similar thing with the supplement echinacea. Some 'learned' people dismiss it, but, after years of catching every cold and sniffle going 4 or 5 times a year and taking weeks to recover, I started taking it. Result, perhaps one cold a year - and recovery after a few days. If it works, it works

Last year or so had trouble sleeping, in May I researched natural remedies, found a product called Hypnozan - which is basically a couple of plant extracts and an amimo acid called L-tryptophan - and bingo - first full night's sleep in ages. Been taking it most nights since and it definitely works.

Maybe people who cant sleep go to bed to early Apparantly reading in bed helps you sleep My mrs says she’d never get to sleep without reading her Kindle first. I’m surprised at that because every time I mention leg over she’s out like a light before I’ve climbed into bed.

A family member of Dele Alli has called his recent interview with Gary Neville ‘a blatant lie’:
“Dele was never adopted by anyone. At age seven, Dele attended one of the best schools in Lagos, Nigeria. He was never sent to Africa for discipline. That’s a blatant lie. He had a driver that picked him daily from school. We have all the documents and pictures of Dele with his dad from when he was born as a kid. Dele has been brainwashed.”
✍️ OJB Sports
Saw that on social media, not sure how true it is. Haven't watched the interview either though.
