Amazing. Just about money of course. I thought he’d have an eye on another Prem job and hope to get Liverpool one day - even England. Maybe he recognises his limitations so just taking a big salary while it’s there.

End of the day we all work for money. Most of us would like to be paid more! I don’t knock anyone who takes the cash because bills don’t get paid on principles and good deeds. And however rich you are u live and spend to that. No difference to us. Just costs them more.

If I was filthy rich already I wouldn’t sit there spouting platitudes and compliments about a regime like the Saudis anymore than I’d have shaken hands with Mugabe like the Test team did some years ago. There is no line when silly bollox throw stupid cash at u. End of day we can all talk about world injustices but all that actually matters is u and your closest. And a lot of cash helps that immensely.
And going I’m not going to take it because of blah blah is great. But ain’t changed shit and there’s 20 more behind you who take money and looked after their own. World is a hard cruel dog eat dog place And yes by birth it could be us in shit , but I’m not so fuck em
