Feel sorry for him and the next bloke won't do any better. The squad is rotten to the core. I`m not so sure of that. Much is down to complete mismanagement.

The club is in such bad state that nothing is operated properly.
Academy - Who was our last player to break into the first team. Marketing - Fuck all in sponsorships coming in. D.O.F - Total failiure over 8 years.
Recruitment - Apart from Holloway getting Eze and nicking Freeman for 250k who was the last player we sold for a good profit?
Managers - The list goes on
New Stadium - Still no site found after 12 years yet Brentford knocked one up sharply.
All in all we are a piss poor football club with fuck all positive areas within it.
Players - All seem to hate playing for us. Why? [br

There does need to be a complete clear out of the staff and players but for now, let’s just get a decent manager in. Bring back some belief to the players and fans.

I`m not so sure of that. Much is down to complete mismanagement. Even before GA? Been rotten since Wembley. With the exception of that one calendar year under Warburton.

Not about PL teams it is about a well run club which QPR is not. Anfmd that is top to botyom

McCullough on Twitter tonight is quite entertaining in lambasting Dopey Ainsworth.

Rearrange the game for when the rock star has gone.

Critchley, Warburton, McClaren, Holloway, JFH were all sacked for FAR less. The board keeping him on is 100% not for footballing reasons. Maybe they don't know who should take the initiative, who should make the interviews and who should make the decision?

I think the board are recognising they should have given Critchley more time - he'd have done at least as well as Ainsworth (he's currently got Blackpool in a play-off place).
Maybe to compensate, they're giving Ainsworth waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more time...

Critchley shot himself in the foot by publicly criticising the players twice , Its impossible to survive that unless you are a giant club that can just instantly replace those players.
Everything points towards him being a decent coach at clubs like Blackpool but his personality and communication skills were severely lacking for this club.
Just about every former QPR manager has had a big personality.

If it’s matter of FFP keeping him in the job then I say take the points deduction to get rid. I could almost guarantee any point deduction would be minimal compared to letting him stay.

It would be better to get rid of him and take the FFP hit than keep him on. He he stays we really are doomed, and not just relegation, but disappearing into obscurity beckons.

I would still give him Rotherham game in order to avoid same mistake we made with Critchley.

I would still give him Rotherham game in order to avoid same mistake we made with Critchley. I would argue that the mistake with Critchley was getting rid of him too soon when he had shown some potential at this level and had endured a tough run of fixtures. The mistake with Ainsworth was appointing him.

He’s proven himself totally incapable of doing the job. I have no idea what we are waiting for. The truth of it is we have a board who are utterly incompetent and don’t seem to care and a fanbase who are in mourning rather than getting collectively fucking angry and demanding. It’s an absolute car crash

The mistake with Ainsworth was appointing him. We just seem to veer from one extreme/ desperate solution to another. Critchley was clearly a decent coach but lacked the personality to inspire a demotivated/ bad attitude squad Ainsworth probably couldn't coach an under 12-disabled side in terms of telling them new tactics, etc but was meant to be Mr Motivator. There are a lot more managers out there than clubs and even for team in our dire circumstances there would have been better candidates out there. As for some comments elsewhere about actively seeking another FFP fine, then literally they may as well wave goodbye to the club they love

NO ONE is actively seeking an FFP fine but if we had to incur one to get rid of GA then it’s worth it.
