We need a heavy defeat and that's why I was honest and admitted I wanted one. He'll have his usual defenders if it's a narrow defeat. never ever want us to lose but get the point you make There will still be fans who clap the team off tonight as there was on Saturday. We all want what's best for the club and, on rare occasions, that is for us to hope for something which will force the club to act for the best. Tonight the consequences of a heavy defeat will force the club to sack Ainsworth or make them look so ridiculous that it will lead to protests.

Have our midfield competed a pass to each other yet? Fwiw, Dozzell should have played a part imo. His passing is ok.

Truely Truely woeful. Cannot possibly be 3 worse teams in this division than us. Shocking.

GA has again picked a hopeless eleven. Collectively that is.. Negative set up. Obvious survival is his remit. Only Colback,Cook,Field,Paal contributing imo. Yes, I agree - and why not change after say 20 minutes or so. He needs to be more proactive re. tactics.

Survive in this div. We dont have the players and Ainsworth negative approach is not helping.

Change things half time?
Players, tactics, get a foot in the game or carry on just the same in hope.
We know his resources are limited but...

I hate to buck the trend here, but we're not that bad tonight. For a team cobbled together on a shoestring, especially compared to Leeds, we've managed to stay in this. Real shame Colback got injured. Yes, Armstrong is poor, Kakay is fairly awful, Smyth can't cross, it's not pretty, but the team are trying to compete. I can't buy into the negativity to the degree that some can, wanting my team to lose in the vain hope it might mean our manager is sacked, because that's not going to happen. The real culprits are the board, and that's where your ire would be better directed.
Edit: Well, I suppose we really are that bad, but even so, I don't want us to lose.

I meant as a whole club thing? We get tons of released for a reason young players in,then we do same with them. Whilst spending next to nothing on the first team which is the bread and butter of club. We back it up with so called manager after manager who just as headless as the board.

Cracking idea Gareth replace someone with pace who can’t cross with someone with no legs who can’t cross.

Recruitment has been awful for most of the time since Gerry left the first time. What makes it worse on this occasion is that EVERYONE knew how this would unfold. The best thing to have done would been not appointing him. The second best thing to have done would have been to sack him after Blackpool away. The 3rd, after he barely kept us up last year despite being 8 pts from safety when he joined. The 4th after Watford away. Every time we miss an opportunity to sack this man we move a step closer to not only relegation but potential financial ruin.

Let's hope we've already reached out to possible replacements despite some of our fans thinking its immoral and whoring 😶😉
