I’m off to Hornchurch vs Bognor Regis. At least you can get a decent pint there. Have to say, I do love a non league match day. Used to go watch Sutton before they went up into the football league. Yeah, it all changes, and the fun gets taken out of it. No standing next to the pitch with your drinks. I used to work with a Bromley fan, who didn't want them to go up to the conference, as it get's too serious. |

When I started to go and watch matches overseas it always felt weird bringing a pint up to the stands. Seems ridiculous that we can't do so in 2023 in the UK above non league level 2. |

That said, if we lose against Huddersfield and West Brom and then go on to what many already see being a heavy, significant and possibly record breaking home defeat against Leicester it really is difficult to see him lasting until 6pm that day. I think we can be optimistic that we are approaching the end. |

During the international break they took on St Stephen's C of E Primary Shepherds Bush U7's and came away with a hard fought win. Admittedly it went to extra time and penalties, and there was a thought that we may only have won because their keeper, although tall for his age, was only 3'11" and couldn't reach the corners of the goal even at full stretch. But a win's a win! |
