Two league wins in 23 says it all.

It took me by surprise when I saw he'd been sacked, but when you actually analyse the 2nd half of their season you can see how the board came to that decision. 2nd season in the Prem, and probably have a few quid to spend. If they don't back the manager 100%, then this is the right time to make a change.

Les is currently looking at Warburton's contract... I'd have taken him in a shot if available. He'd have been a great appointment. Warburton is just as good imo though.

I guess if they were thinking of doing it, then it is better to do it now than when it is too late during next season. They have been shocking last half of this season and if it hadn't have been for the absence of VAR (whereby Chelsea's yards offside equaliser against Cardiff would have been disallowed) or Palace losing at home to them they would have been relegated.

Graham Potter is red hot favourite for the job. Now I'm totally confused!

Warnock with us, Pulis baggies and Stoke, Curbs Charlton all clubs who got aspirations above themselves changed what worked and went backwards
My money is on them dropping next year

If you look at their forums most fans are shocked but not surprised. They complain about the second half of the season and boring defensive football, but that is life as a small club in the Premiership.

I can fully understand why they’ve decided to get rid of him. Premier league survival notwithstanding, a very poor recent record coupled with the style of football, (or lack of), doesn’t make pleasant watching.
After they drew at Wolves recently, I heard one of the Wolves fans on an evening phone-in saying how much he hoped they’d go down as nobody should be able to be that negative.😂
Yes, it’s a professional sport, but for the fans, it’s also about entertainment and God knows, we’ve experienced our fair share of boring, pointless, kicking a ball around around for a few years now.

in two home games and one was against Huddersfield, they managed two shots on goal. This is what happens when some teams spend more on one player than others do on their squad. Survival at any cost

Absolutely this. CH is by all accounts a lovely bloke, but it seemed to me that BHA have been in total freefall for a while. There isn't much point in simply parking the bus for 2/3rds of the season if you can't actually defend. If Cardiff had had even the slightest rub of the green BHA would have been slumming it with us next term.

I wouldn't say Wolves are a small club. Middleweight at least. Brighton are bantamweight at best.

Alright then, newly promoted middleweight club show that you don't have to play boring defensive football to survive. Bournemouth as well (who are Featherweight)

Made some questionable transfers with the £78m he spent in the summer.
Was always going to struggle this season with Glen Murray as the sole source of goals.
