First home game for new gaffer after positive first performance and a weeks work on the training pitch.
City have not scored that many more goals compared to us but they keep more clean sheets. Think they got new manager which this will be his first game?? Just our luck.
They are bang in the middle of the table for away results with three wins from seven so they’re not bad on the road.
After Saturday Im feeling hopeful we won’t lose but would be great follow up the optimism of last week with a first win at home.

We're going to win.
Not by a huge margin and it won't be convincing but win.
2-1.

interesting to see the lineup when both Dozzell and Colback available, but Chair missing.

Chair big loss, despite what some critics say. Take him out of the team at Rotherham and where was the creativity?
Liam Manning their new manager tore us a new one pre season with a far inferior team than Bristol City.
Unless someone like Willock can come up with a moment of genius fear we could be back to earth with a bump.

Could already see a difference with Chair at Rotherham.

I expect the improvement to continue under Marti, but it's still early days and BC are a tricky side to play against, and they have a brand new manager too, in Liam Manning. So expecting a draw (I'll enjoy it more if my expectations aren't sky high), hoping for a win, obv!

Home form won't turn around overnight. I'll be the first miserable bastard to say loss. Narrow one, another improved performance, but a loss.

Draw imo if our strikers turn up and Willock
Strikers are a huge issue that no one has solved
Crazy situation

Would love to see Willock score
We cannot keep relying on Chair every game
Or Paal
Think Chair is out anyway
Our strikers need a massive kick up the arse
Can Willock play No 9 as Dykes is a waste of time

Win if we don't play Dykes. Lose if we do.

Well Nakhi Wells will probably score.
Both sides new managers so hard to predict.
Heart says win, head says draw 1-1.

We’re bottom of the table for home form with one point from six games so a point immediately puts him on a par with predecessor.
I fancy us too think the occasion might get them over the line. If it does and it’s four points from two games it would be little bit of momentum with an average Norwich side to follow.

I think Dozzell will be back, won't he? 1 match suspension for second yellow in a game.

After what Dozzell did, no way should he be allowed back in the team straight away. Our players needs to be more disciplined imo.

I think Dozzell will be back, won't he? 1 match suspension for second yellow in a game. Hope so, in which case that would be my team based on Marti's preferred 4-3-3. It also allows room for EDB to keep his place. Wouldn't have an issue with Colback or Smyth in Dozzell's place either. Competition is good in that area now.

Same for everyone, imo. plus would add he’s been arguably one of our best players this season and is he not joint top scorer, not that that means much with our strikers. Dunne went for something possibly worse and he’s back in Got choose your strongest hand in our position if manager thinks that’s him I’m fine with it.

I was surprised not to see Kolli at least on the bench at Rotherham but was clearly visible on the pitch during Bonner’s pot match interview.
If he’s fit he takes Chair’s spot and Armstrong plays and bullies on Dickie with Smyth out injured.
I hope Bonner keeps his place but I think Colback will edge him out.
Would expect Marti to give the Donkey at least one more shot before sending him to the cat food farm in January.
