He needs more game time. Nice problem for Marti to have because Paal is one of the few players you don't want to drop. Maybe start Larkeche and move Paal left of midfield and Chair central. With Cannon and Jake Salter we also look suddenly more fluent. |

We started off looking like a league 1 side, we ended up looking like mid-table Championship.
We need JCS to stay fit. Cannon for Kakay. We could still do this.

Thoroughly enjoyed that tonight. Had spells we were poor tbh, but our general play is so much fucking better than under Ainsworth. Marti isn’t afraid to make a sub and we play on the front foot, it’s bloody good to see.
Onwards and upwards hopefully - really hope that gives a bit of confidence to players (especially Willock).

Gotta hand it to Marti for the subs. EDB for Willock (although at the time I thought it should have been Colback) along with Cannon for Kakay, then taking Field off for Kelman, which was inspired, and Colback actually looked better without Field. Then Larkeche for Colback.
Someone on LFW said Mild Thing was co-commentator on the Watford game and said nothing about our result. I'm not bloody surprised! Oh, look, QPR are so much better without me in charge....
