The start of a new year and resurgence of the Rangers.
Might be a patched up side with chair, cook and field all looking to have muscle injuries.

It does put incredible (and almost unfair) pressure on our keeper and backline to keep producing clean sheets when we have full-blown Erectile Dysfunction up front.
Up to 7 clean sheets now in 25, which is pretty impressive considering our position.

Yeah, when one thing goes for us another goes against us at the moment. We could do with a break, like a goal flying in off someone's arse, a soft penalty, various players waking up one morning and declaring "I'm feeling great, I want to play two games in a week." But none of these things seem to happen to us.

Sick to death of players turning up every 3rd or 4th game and failing to do the business in between. Not the strongest group of players agreed, but they’ve shown what they are capable of, frustratingly quite often when it’s against teams who are far better on paper, giving the fans false hope when it comes to the next game.
Time for sulking, skulking and hiding is over for this group. No good putting in “good” performances against the Southamptons of this world, nearly getting a point but coming away with fuck all, then melting against teams we need/have a right to take 3 points off.
Each and every player needs to focus on their job and whilst a cliche, treat games like today as a cup final. Anything less isn’t good enough and the sooner they get that into their delicate little minds the better. That includes Richards who should either face up or fuck off.

Whenever I listen to Marti I sometimes struggle to pick out what he’s saying due to his accent and his use of some words, couple of games ago he admitted the players hadn’t fully understood his pre match plans properly and put some of the blame on himself.
Certainly get the feeling that some players are coasting at times which I get the impression he might be trying address in todays pre match article on the offy
