Not much wrong with Armstrong performance tonight, brought down mainly hoofed balls from defence and often payed it off to teamates despite being isolated on his own. Hodge worked hard and when in possession tried to play some incisive passes, don’t get why we need both Colback and Hayden playing deep roles against poor sides like Stoke.
Another header in the centre of our penalty area from Stoke big number 5 leads to their goal. It’s not distorting facts it just confirms some of our defenders are weak as piss in the air.
Cannon looks injured and shouldn’t be playing,

I don't think it is JUST about quality in The Championship. IMO the teams that get relegated are the teams that don't want to stay up as much as those that survive. Our players want to stay up, but just not as much as the teams around us IMO. On the flip side, that's what makes it such a good division, because it's a fairly level playing field overall. Do not agree. Do you honestly think this team have showed that they want to stay up based on must win games against Huddersfield and this lot tonight. Gutless You misunderstood my post 73. Armstrong was frustrated and not too much went right for him but at least he ran and put himself about. Paal and Chair's attitude on the left was very worrying and even more dissappointing. I would bench both for at least 3 games as we need 11 guys who understand what win is and tonight those two did not seem to get that. |

I know it's a touch knee jerk but I think thats curtains for us. Obviously it isnt (14 more games to go), but this felt like a bit of a hammer blow to me. Off the back of a good away win & a decent performance against a tidy Norwich side, I really fancied us to beat a very shit Stoke side & have the momentum properly turn & put things in our own hands. But this is QPR, of course we shit our pants.... again.
Just feels like it really isn't meant to be.
The inconstancy in performances is really pissing me off tbh.
