To me it looks like he was in space in front of goal and then moving closer to the nearest defender making sure he won't get a pass to score. Donkey move. |

Just thinking is that our first 90min performance of the season? We’ve won games and played well but it’s been for parts of games, yesterday felt like we competed for the whole game and were comfortable
Also Willock was super on reflection if he was sharper he could have walked off with the match ball, got in some great positions and more importantly got shots off which we tend to lack. In fact everyone seemed to let fly yesterday when they got the opportunity Chair, Willock, Frey, Anderson and JCS

There was a point in the first half where Marti tore into Willock, looked like for not tracking back. Given Willocks positive performance, it hopefully shows he respects the current manager.

I don't think it was on purpose! Just lucky in this incidence. Dykes has just about the worst positional play of any striker I've ever seen.

Had emergency root canal treatment yesterday and was out of it until last night when Jo woke me up with a Rogan Josh and bombay aloo. Checked the result and the rush of a hard fought away win was better than tincture of cloves. Fantastic.
