What team are we thinking?
I'd like Willock, Chair and Andersen all to start in an attacking three behind Frey and just go for it. We don't want to be waiting 70 mins of a stalemate before throwing on our big guns when it can all get a bit desperate. Maybe play Hodge and Hayden in the slightly deeper roles (Field done nothing to be dropped but just want to take the game to them)

We played strikers back then.
Never ceases to amaze me how shit some of them are these days.
Just how difficult can it be to hit that size target from in and around the box?

Only change for me would be Dykes out, Frey in.

But also aware that Hodge came here to play first team football, he didn't get a start at Bristol. FWIW I haven't made my mind up on Hodge yet - great goal on his debut and some nice touches but pretty anonymous v Stoke. Clearly has great ability but needs to get more stuck in IMHO. This could be a good game for him because he likes to break the lines (like Andersen). Anyway, some nice problems to have and in Marti we trust.

I know he’s not everyone’s favourite but Field had a good game at Bristol. I suppose at home there is a case for leaving him out but he breaks up a lot more than he gets credit for.

Away to Leicester he would be my first name on the team sheet but now we have the luxury of a squad think we should mix it up.

The reason I'd keep Field in is that he had a good game Saturday and rewarding players with good performances is surely the right thing to do. I like Hodge. He came on Saturday and sprayed some lovely balls about and could have got a goal at the back post if the ball before that was a bit better but we need consistency and changing a well performing player for another isn't right for me. We are in an unfamiliar position where not everyone is guaranteed their starting spot now which again is healthy for those wanting to play.

Hodge coming on is a good ploy. Bristol aren’t shit but they took a while to work out where he was playing and thst was a factor in keeping us on top second half. He’s a lovely player on the ball and should certainly get on the pitch.

Definitely a potential banana skin yes, just think we need to be positive from the off though. Field starting and Hodge replacing him on 60 mins I wouldn't be averse to though, depending on how match is going.

i'd go with stan's team. rotherham are gunna fight so we need some bite and tenacity in midfield and a battering ram up top to free up space for our front 3.

I reckon just start the same team. We need as much physical presence on the pitch as possible and Dykes brings that, especially, ironically, when we have to defend. Frey is still not fit enough to start. I'd change things up earlier though, bring Armstrong and Smyth on around 65, then Frey.

Honestly can't remember when we last tonked anyone (am not predicting it this Sat to be clear). Maybe Cardiff a couple of years ago, but even that was "only" 3-0ish? As a kid I remember watching us win a match normally once a season scoring about 5 goals (maybe my mind is playing tricks, but I seem to remember for eg a night game at home to Stoke and winning about 6-1). Loads of similar memories, but strangely none in recent years... We did hammer both Welsh clubs within a few days in recent years.

Rotherham scoring three at Ipswich is a great performance, so although I've gone for us to win, I'm a bit nervous about Saturday.
I'm hoping they're despondent after that very late elation and then despair as they equalised in the 94th minute and conceded the winner in the 95th - got to be a morale-shattering blow.
Their manager in a post-match interview:
Going to have to avoid our usual complacency when facing a lower team having just got a result at a higher team.
