Thought it might be interesting to have an 'oddments' thread for stuff that doesn't fit elsewhere. I was watching Porridge on BBC iPlayer last night and noticed Fletch's back page newspaper headline - priceless

Where do people on here sit when attending games at the Matrade stadium.
Block and stand is fine.

Usually R Block, because I know loads of people who sit - well - stand, there. Sometimes W, because I've got a mate who has a ST there. Over the years sat in every part of the ground, but I like the energy of R block.

Had season tickets with my son for years in C block, SAR.
He's moved away so we get to fewer games and take whatever we can get, but prefer SAR or Ellerslie rather than the ends.

You can take the man out of Shepherds Bush but not Shepherds Bush out of the man.

Dont go to as many games now but Aim for front 10 rows of R block if possible
However one of the best places to sit is On the halfway line front 10 rows think it’s V block possible awsome view of the whole Match the best I’ve had
South Africa Road not my favorite but we are all different
Used to sit in W block at the back with the Nut jobs that got thrown out with the sunglasses on that was mental

Rs work in the community made it to the ITV local news last night with the reporter describing us as ‘a big club’ (👍) so someone is projecting our public image better at last. Only problem is they did an interview which more or less introduced a little known manager to the wider world and I’d rather he was kept secret for a while😁 Still, he’ll be on the radar soon enough if he keeps us up.

Sat in all the stands over the years ...
Quite enjoyed Q Block in the mid 00s...
Moved to R Block when my son was old enough to come and enjoy? it
Some chants were really inventive back then...
Stand up if you can't sit down to one club...
He'll steal your mum's purse to one player... a few I remember
Sit near the dugouts these days...
Yes rain is an occupational hazard but a decent rain jacket is an easy fix imo...
Also like turning up five minutes before the match and the toilets are a lot more cleaner and less over crowded than my R Block days...

Even if we it meant going straight back down I hope we never bring in those kind of players again should we ever return to the so-called "promised land"

Need to lose some weight Kev. Must be pre-diabetic at least Still considerably slimmer than Rooney! Not QPR-specific, but an interesting poser...

Don’t get it at all.
The kick is direct.
Once kicked, the ball is in open play.
So how on earth is that not a goal??
