Have a soft spot for Paal but he had a ropey end of season when as Hitman says he stood off and was beaten too easily. If we can get a decent fee think he is replaceable

Wouldn't be too bothered if Paal went. I like him, but he's very replaceable. A decent fee could get us a striker or better still Watford must have a striker we can part ex.

Re the Paal rumour I'm undecided. If my memory is right we got him on a free so if we can cash in and make a profit now while he is still under contract it is probably the best route to take as long as we can get someone better to replace him. Seems the sort that does a job but never going to set the place on fire so will not feature in long term plans. Surprised actually that Watford would be interested but could just be WLS getting into clickbait mode as they seem to have lost their inside info source at the club.
