GOALKEEPER Marcin Brzozowski has committed his future to QPR by putting pen to paper on a one-year contract extension. The 20-year-old stopper – a Poland youth international – gained first-team experience on loan at Harlow Town last season. Prior to that, in 2017/18, he had also spent time on loan with Ashford Town and he is delighted to have secured his future. “I’m really, really happy,” he said. “I’ve been here [at QPR] for a long time now and to get the chance to be here for another year is great. “As a young player, you know that you can get an opportunity here with loads of young players making their debuts in the last year. You can see there is a pathway at the club and I want to keep improving myself.” Brzozowski joined QPR at the age of 11 after being spotted by scouts when playing for his Sunday league team Kempton Park. The youngster had started his footballing journey by playing for Polish club Zawisza Bydgoszcz before moving to the UK at the age of 10 with his parents. 11 years old. Don't they hoover them up young now! Great to see that these kids think they have a pathway through now at least.

Good luck to the kid.
Would bet he goes out on loan, Ingram possibly leaves before the season starts and Dieng becomes second choice.
