Well done Charlton.
They treated us well down in the Valley when i went with my then local team, Dagenhanm and Redbridge as a non league side, in the early 2000's when Charlton were Premiership.
The away terrace that day was awash with clean Micky Mills resulting in a right old little fluffy cloud knees up climaxing in near nirvana with Little Dagenham being denied a win with a last minute charlton equaliser. Their Fans applauded us at the end and got the beers in after.
Amongst all the Middle of the road Chicago bland misty buff melodious soft rock football you suffer as a fan, you remember days like that in football.
this morning i picked up 24 330ml cans of Czech Pilsner Urquell from Waitrose on special offer at the stupid price of £20 down from £32. This Classic Retro Pilsner should help celebrate their win nicely from my armchair. U addicks.

Hopefully Warbouten will do exactly what Warnock did for us so long ago now
We are in a fight next year but it could also be the start of the Rangers Reserection

Naturally being a bank holiday sunday with the fucking chigwell Mother in law over all day, i was pissed out of my skate and drank the pilsner to my arsehole bled while shitting out my colon into my 19 ounce cloth weight Carharrt jeans. What eles is there to do on a bank holiday?? tend to me lupins? , Paint the spindles on me staircase?... Fuck that. ;-)

Always liked Charlton. Back in the days when you could smell the linament off the players at LR as they came on to the park, the Valley was basically standing everywhere and the capacity was 75k. Big empty spaces.
The East Terrace was just this monolithic, virtually uninhabited stand. Strange time warp vibe down there.
Because of The Valley, as a kid I always thought Charlton were one of the oldest pro clubs in the game but not so. Either way good luck to em.
