Given I done it all online myself, paid up front and the ticket is sent out via email (so no postage and packaging cost) what exactly is the £3.50 booking fee for. Other then someone attaching a QR code to an email and pressing send (guessing that’s automated or will be going forwards) they have done fuck all.
