The slagging off of Varane is ridiculous. He’s played less than 2 games. After all we’ve been through. Some of the comments are depressing. Give the lad a chance for fucks sake. I think you're right. If he doesn't convince after Plymouth, then bin him. |

Dykes played 14 minutes including extra time and scored once . Keep that up and he will get 100 for the season .Helps getting support from Dembele and Saito Give it 6 weeks for Marti to get all the new signings on song and see where we are. Still say righting off new players after 2 games is ridiculous and not getting carried away with Dembele or Saito until they so consistancy Fuck off. We'll write them off, if we want to. If you don't do your job, so we go two down, in fifteen minutes, you're going to get stick. Deservedly. He's a big boy. He can handle it. Not that he reads it 🤣🤣 That was a terrible first half from him. WLS gave him five out of ten. I don't think he merited one. Be interesting to see if Marty pairs him with Field against Luton Even with Colback suspended. Funny that EDB is so far from the starting eleven. |

We can accept bang average, we can accept that some need more time, but incompetence, not doing the basics, is not in any way acceptable. And supporters are entitled to voice that view. In other walks of professional life, incompetence is taken pretty seriously, so if you want to be called a pro footballer, basic standards are a requirement. |

I think for lads that are a) young and b) new to the country, you have to give them a lot more leeway. But each to their own. |

Problem is we build up incoming players we’ve never seen, or sometimes even heard of, to be something decent - like we know something all the others have missed - then get disappointed when they don’t look like world beaters straight away. Why did we think Varane was such a catch? Because his half bro is a top player? Mad. Marti is here to work on players. We can’t afford players who are going to make a difference overnight. |

We’ve got to trust that recruitment is working now. Many of us wanted us to sign players we hadn’t heard of that fitted the qpr style. The downside of getting in players that aren’t journeymen from English leagues is that they will take time to adapt. |
