Joe Walsh fantastic with Morrison up there as well. Well done to the team and Marti for the line up and subs. Will be better for that on Friday.

Alfie Lloyd going a long way to justifying Marti's "Brilliant" a couple of games back.
Walsh is so damn cool for a relatively young keeper.
The goals will come for Celar.

Watching Morrison tonight I would be more than comfortable him coming in to cover if there was injuries to cook or JCS very impressed.
Thought Luton looked every inch a side that had come down from prem and have still not got their heads round being back in the championship.

As much as I would have loved to be a pro footballer (in my dreams!) I would never want that pressure of taking a pen like that.

Dembele is electric . Saito failed to exsaito but I liked his little bow to the sub as he ran onto the pitch.

First off: Toilets decent in SA Road. Tune in for more informative news throughout next 90mins Classic! LOL! I'm not exactly young, but the first time I've gotten good first hand info like that! Second: What a perfect outcome. We don't play our "A" squad, they do, we win in penalties, they still feel like they can beat us, but we will be a different side come Friday. They won't. Well done boys!!!!

Saturday, in every way, was a much better performance than tonight. We didn't trouble the keeper second half. Two corners?

My only concern is we still can't seem to hold on to a lead for more than a few minutes. Same issue again tonight, as it was against Plymouth. They just complacently sit back and let teams come on to them, who then inevitably equalise.
As Brian Clough famously said "When you go a goal up, always get the next tackle in". That should be on a poster emblazoned on the dressing room wall until it's so instilled in the players' heads it becomes second nature.

Can't see us holding Luton, Friday, on that showing. On what basis? Last night was pretty much their storngest side & ours was miles off ours.

Can't see us holding Luton, Friday, on that showing. Strange comment. They had their first 11 out virtually. A better comparison was second half where we competed gamely I thought.

I thought Colback had a decent game last night, close to Varane, covering. Didn’t deserve the booking for once. Game is far too soft if that was a yellow. Won’t play every game but, used wisely, he’s worth having around if Hayden isn’t coming.
