I enjoyed that. Brilliant game. Result doesn't matter. That performance was something. Need to put away chances though. Don't know about brilliant, but there were plenty of positives in a team that is only just starting to gel. Once they do gel, we're going to start racking up some wins. |

Takeaways for me. Their keeper played out his skin. We ain't good enough in front of goal, particularly Celar. Smyth's end product is fucking garbage. I also think we messed up going 4-4-2, took Dembele out the game.
Ultimately, we'll be a great side this season if we can learn how to put the ball in the net.

Dembele looks red hot. Madsen will add presence and quality. We've got an excellent defence. We've got the makings of a top 10 side. Just need Celar to find his shooting boots.

Meh. Shite result tbh would have been disappointed with a point 11 v 11. They were much cop save for a brilliant goal.
On another day (with a goal scorer) we win 4-1. Trying to take the positives - new boys looked decent (Dembele is brilliant).
Early days and won’t get on his back obviously but Celar is doing nothing for me at all.
Frey much better tbf to him which is good to see.
Disappointing result but not all negative - we go again Friday.

Anyone saying the opposite is just disappointed at the result. Best game for a while. Not being able to score, however, is worrying. But we never used to create chances. Today we had chances galore. I love his heart and that - but he really lacks any quality. I think stick chair in for Smyth in todays starting 11 and you’ve got a really good side there going forward. |

Well he's scored 3 goals in his last 5 games for us hasn't he? Brought Kolli on up top when we're throwing the kitchen sink at it and he barely got into the game. I think that type of scenario is what Dykes is actual useful for. |

He seems to lack the basic kind of strikers instinct if that makes sense. Like he’s never in the right area when the ball drops. Finishing seems to leave a lot to be desired too. Hopefully he settles in soon though. |
