it's the prices of trains that do it for me tbh. it'd be what ... £75 for a return going to derby? mental. factor in the ticket, food and drink and you can get to the best part of £130-150 for one game.

I do derby once a month ( family)
Usually takes 4 hours as there is always roadworks and 50 mile a hour .
Taking the train for this one .

Mrs just told me this evening that its her friends 60th birthday and that we have been invited to her party on the 5th.
My response was, can't you take your mum.
