Portsmouth h. Burnley a. Sunderland h. Leeds a. Stoke h.
Thats tough.
Hope Mr.Noury has left room for change of manager in his budget.

They've got to be hoping there are 3 worse teams in the division. We are one of them.

Portsmouth up next and not won in 9 this season Charity park rangers? Set up for them. Derby went into today on the back of 3 straight defeats. Was always gonna be a home win today as that's just us all over.

They've got to be hoping there are 3 worse teams in the division. We are one of them. Genuine question who are those three? Last season under Marti, this team had almost playoff form: Begovic Dunne, JCS, Cook, Paal Colback, Field Willock, Anderson, Chair Dykes I’d say it’s a weaker league this year. And we’ve got a better goalkeeper. Are we really worse and relegation fodder?

Need 6 points from the next 2 after the break, both very winnable home games. Anything but and we are in the brown stinky stuff (even this early in the season).

I agree but you know that Pompey and Stoke will be here in their numbers
They will play a strong physical game and if he picks similar team like last 3 or 4 games,we will get the same results.
Just being realistic
Sadly think our signings have left us weaker for this league than latter part of last year.
Never thought i would say this but Dykes offers more to the team than Celar. You know my thoughts on the rest, big mistake introducing so many new faces who are not combative enough in a very grueling tough league.
Whoever identified these players cant have done their homework in any way shape or form.
Its all very well trying to be Brentford but not in one transfer window.
For me Noury etc in a hurry to prove himself but for me it has backfired.
Why take the risk of our last crop of flops. If talking finances build a side with a good mix of youth and experience, try for promotion that way whilst protecting your present status.
Yes we have sold Dykes and my mate Armstrong but have spent our dough foolishly.
The reward for promotion and probable subsequent parachute payments far outweigh any profit to be made on those we have signed.

I thought it was Pompey & Coventry we had? But that asidee agree with what you're saying, certainly won't be easy games & we will need to be much improved to get anything from them.

My mistake but still daunting, cant play short, cant play long.
What a predicament,a lot rests on Chair,Jcs to get up to speed quickly and Marti to stop being so fucking stupid.

Big game against Pompey but 4 out of 5 at home has got to give us a bit of a chance to get out of the bottom 3 surely ?

I guess we are relying on Varane and Field as the 2 central mids for a couple of months? We should be more solid but I’m not expecting our attack to get any better.

Bang in the shit looking at the games to come.
If we don't get 3 points Tuesday we're deep in the mire.
