QPR FC present their vision, aims, values and objectives for fan engagement. An outline of each main component: 1. Fan Engagement Vision and Values: QPR’s values—integrity, passion, and respect—are at the core of their engagement, aiming to create an inclusive and community-focused environment for fans. 2. Regulation 128 Compliance: QPR commits to EFL Regulation 128, pledging regular and transparent updates and consultations, especially on heritage topics like the club’s name, crest, and stadium. 3. Supporter Advisory Board: This primary consultation body, meeting at least twice per season, represents fans in strategic discussions, fostering open dialogue with senior staff on topics like matchday experience and stadium facilities. 4. Feedback and Communication: Regular channels, including forums, meetings, and virtual events, allow fans to engage and provide feedback, with the club promising timely responses. 5. Heritage Commitment: For changes affecting club identity, such as the stadium name or kit colours, the club ensures a structured dialogue and consultations to honour fan loyalty. 6. Timeline of Fan Activities: The plan outlines monthly engagement events, including the Junior Hoops events, Fans’ Forum, and open training sessions to maintain an active connection with fans. The plan demonstrates a comprehensive approach to integrating fan voices in QPR’s decision-making, with structured feedback mechanisms and periodic updates to ensure transparency and collaboration. Fans can contact QPR’s Supporter Relations team with concerns, suggestions, or feedback through the following channels: Email: supporterservices@qpr.co.uk Phone: 020 8750 2628 These contact options provide a direct line for fans to communicate with the club regarding any issues or questions. Easy to be cynical about this of course, but isn't it better than nothing? I mean how often do we all whinge and moan that the club don't listen or engage with the fanbase. Let's not be hypocrites, right?

Let's not be hypocrites, right? Yes if it produces anything but mission statements are usually pointless statements of the bleedin’ obvious.

For those who go to/watch the fan forums, does any of that manifesto bear any resemblance to engaging fans?

Imo a gesture by the club to either pay or subsidise an away trip would be more welcome than this.
They deserve it imo,and is long overdue.

The fan groups should be getting together and demanding a proper fans/site forum with Nourry where he takes questions from the floor, not vetted ones in advance and don’t gaslight us with presentations your not in the city of London now where you have invisible shareholders.
You might want run the club in total secrecy (and some things you can) but we need understand the way of identifying players, do they still believe in the players brought in and the metrology for identifying them and what have they learnt from last window to ensure Januarys is not a disaster like this one.

I’ve been saying for ages there are things we should know if they truly wish to engage. Not state secrets but ‘stuff’ to get a better feel. Not sure groups would get together -,this is best, most irreverent one. When it’s free Mike the questions are so lame.

Got to say from reading social media tonight I'm seeing lots and lots of fans totally and utterly fucked off.
Not even just with this season, but more the fact the last three years have been so un enjoyable, depressing & shit that people are genuinely mentally fatigued with this club.
The constant lack of enjoyment, losses, bad decisions by the club and every other shit thing that QPR bring has got to the stage where fans are just so unhappy now.
The sooner this owner fucks off and lets the club go will be the start of better times I believe. him and the other fat cunt Tone Fernandes have ruined this football club.

Its like they take the paying public for granted and for me this silent approach is the worst action ever. Owners, managers come and go but the fans are ardent, loyal and enthusiastic why given the last 10 years or so is frankly a sign of that commitment. 1300 at Leeds yesterday remarkable turn out given our plight on the pitch and off the pitch. I rarely go these days as i feel the club has lost its soul, its history, its identity and its ambition, all i have is hope.My health is not good either. Going back to the silent approach is totally un acceptable, the club belongs to us the supporters, not a 26 year old inexperienced so called saviour with a laptop. This guy has to go imo as all the mistakes, poor decisions are just getting worse to the extent i fear for the future of this once great club.
