not great by any means. leeds could easily be 3-0 up at this point.
we've had some rare nice touches and varane is looking decent but that's about it. rest of the side looks devoid of any idea.

Saito at left back. Finally! Been asking for that since pal injury Respectfully, Hits, Saito is no left back! He has the defensive solidity of a chocolate fireguard. Got to say we miss Paal.
As for the rest, as Timmy says, is Morgan even on the pitch? Nothing from him so far. Varane decent, Smyth not terrible. That's it. Things can only get.... better???

Halftime summary:
Morgan non-existent. The game is completely passing him by. Inexperience showing, he’ll need subbing
Smyth and Saito are doing okay
Ashby not too bad. At least he’s playing on the right side
Varane needs to learn how to receive it on the half turn. He’s always face on
Field has saved our skin a couple of times, otherwise we’d be three down

Anderson strolling to close man down. Put some effort in so he’s hurried making a decision instead of having time weigh up options. This game highlights how poor he is and how unsuited to this league he is. Just does not have the legs was good in games last season but could see he not a championship player unless you playing side who plays open. Should have thanked him for his efforts but not signed him on perm. |

Look vulnerable whenever they attack.
Ashby laughable.
Varane - some excellent touches but goes missing
Andersen - at least has been involved which is more than can be said for Morgan
Hard to see where a goal is coming from tbh

Celar update Touched ball and gave it to Leeds madsen is having a good game at least. got it on good authority that he's using all 6'4 of his height to lay himself across the bench to keep it warm for the other subs while they warm up. Not his worst game, but still no tackles. |

It is just very very hard to watch now and cannot see it changing with this squad. |
