If he's been that awesome, how come we only got 2m quid for him? Either we can't negotiate a deal, or the general perception of the player in the marketplace isn't what Tony thinks it is!
Tony should just stay away from Twitter when it comes to football matters. He has no idea what he's on about, he's just setting himself up for abuse!

Cold hard fact of the matter is he hasn't been awesome.

More concerned about our RB situation when we saw the back of Danny Simpson to be honest.
Good luck to the fella though.

Cold hard fact of the matter is he hasn't been awesome. Awesome might be a bit of a exaggeration but he has developed and was a solid player for us last year. Definitely up to champ standard in my opinion and fully expected him to push on this year and be an important player. He's also one of our own and to sell for 1.5 mill is a joke imo.

8 years involved and as clueless now as he was then. Total idiot who should just shut his mouth on football matters.

Good grief. I remember about 3 years ago Ian Taylor kept advising him to stay off Twatter, which he managed to do for about two weeks. He's an absolute sucker for punishment on there. Most of the fans think they're shit most of the time too, but if we dare sell them it's another story. I can see the day when clubs and players will start boycotting Twatter altogether. What began as an ingenious idea has gradually descended into a truly ghastly platform that represents the worst aspect of modern life's 'social media' paradigm. It's become an out of control monster that is now slowly eating itself to death.

And how many players have been paid off or walked on a free? Incompetent fool who continues to make a total tool of himself.

i like the fact that he seems to think that we have come along way since he bought the club.
he seems to value developing young players( latest soundbite) and selling them for a million quid more than being a prem league club when he first bought it

Luton sold 2 young defenders for £10m.
We've developed a player for 10 years and sold him for £1.5m.
Should probably get Luton's Board members as consultants....

That I agree with maids. He was solid, more so at CB than RB. And we couldve heald out for more than 1.5m.

On basis of him being as shit as most fans publicise I’m assuming 2mil is good and we have robbed WBA

He hasn't made too many QPR fans happy, or Caterham Motorsport fans either for that matter. In fact, I think the only people who genuinely derive any pleasure from the bloke are Malaysian nationals who are typically quite proud of what he's achieved!

I think it's his hugely over-inflated ego that can't keep him away from tweeting. It's obvious he so desperately wants to be loved and come across as Mr rich sugar-daddy man-of-the-people. He's trying to repair all the damaged PR as he's lost so much popularity from the days everyone used to sing his name, and probably finds that hard to accept.

But getting to that level of wealth must surely mean the blokes not thick. He must realise the damage he’s done yet he acts surprised when people think he’s a bit of a cunt. Just stay off Twitter and don’t make comments on stuff you know nothing about or that will intentionally trip yourself up. The bloke behaves like a fucking child

Agreed, for once I actually totally agree with what TF says in this tweet. I suppose by law of averages it was bound to happen at some point!

I think his heart is in the right place, decision making questionable. There is also has a board of directors that he has sheltered from vitriol. Plenty of worse owners out there.

How he built and runs a world class airline is beyond me, it really is. He has to be smart, he's certainly nice, but he really can't run a football club.
