With the club now within the latest ffp restrictions on losses and, with around £3mil to spend in the market, now is the time to hold out on potential cheap sales and start asking for silly money just like what bristol city and luton down have done this summer.
if someone is after leister, tell them 5mil, someone comes in for eze, that will be £20mil plus sell on fee please.
lumley, that will be 7mil thanks,
lets hope freeman, smithes and furlong is the last of the cheap sales.

I hope we do do that mate. I'm hoping as you say we've been trying to recoup whatever money we could get because we needed to get back in line with FFP, but now that we're getting there, we can be as dickish in the transfer market when it comes to selling players as the likes of Bristol C and Derby.

It seems to me that it is largely sales to the hallowed Prem that are achieving those sort of amounts. Nowhere near as much money in our division which Tarbs has touched on many times.

Suspect the reason we want to sell Leistner is because of his high wage. Same with Luongo. Therefore any reasonable offers would be accepted. Eze on the other hand is a completely different kettle of fish.

Eze on the other hand is a completely different kettle of fish. Make you right Davie. I think Luongo and Leistner will be available for relatively small fees, particularly Mas as he is out of contract next summer. Eze and Lumley are 2 players who I could see attracting some interest in the last few days of the window. I think we've already knocked back an offer for Lumley this summer. I wouldn't sell either of those 2 this late in the window unless big money was on the table!
