Today summed Hugill up missed an easy one on one that plants an unstoppable header into the top corner. Big fan of Wells so hoping these two can carry this form on.

Thought Hughill done well getting in that position for the 1on1 and he had defender leaning on him when he got shot off
Great header though bosh top corner

Great header for his goal from a lovely Manning cross

Erling Braut Håland and Martin Ødegård are two players we should go for. One for the goals and one for the sublime pass. .

I read on QPR report that Burnley plan to sell Wells to Birmingham in the January window? Must be rubbish?

I read on QPR report that Burnley plan to sell Wells to Birmingham in the January window? Must be rubbish? His contract is up at the end of the season so it does make sense if he doesn't see his long term future here. Yes, Ok. I really, really hope we can convince him to stay. A few signings might do the business, I hope... I really, really like his commitment as a player.

I like Wells but he isn't good enough up front by himself. He needs someone with him as his touch, or first time passing isn't great.

Without a doubt we are better with him than without. He suits two up top and not alone. Hugill is the better lone striker in my opinion.

IMO, we need to get a new striker in during the transfer window. It will probably not happen, money will most likely be spent on a defender - but still..

Of all things to replace, why would you change the strike force? Good question. Ideally, I would of course strengthen all areas , but I made this comment due to the fact that Mlakar doesn`t seem to hack it in this division so far. Imagine Wells or Hugill out with a long term injury? Ps. We need a new defender also...A goalkeeper also maybe?

Makes sense. Sorry, I read your message as a striker is priority over other positions.

Wells 9 in 12 Hugill 8 in 16 Eze 9 in 19 All nearly in double figures. When was the last time we had three players with that many before Christmas? I bet it’s an absolute eternity

Chaz apart we’ve had some shocking seasons for top scorers so to have three almost at double figures pre Xmas deserves some Kudos

I'd personally bring Oteh and maybe Smyth back in January. As a few have pointed out, Mlakar doesn't look good enough!
