Agree with what’s said about pen BUT if you defend properly and don’t dangle your leg stupidity then no decision to be made. Side to goal and going away from it why put foot in??
Wells pen few weeks back was not a pen. No point moaning when we’re at it ourselves

Warburton defends tinkering criticism:“We made eight [changes in the previous round] and won, we made six at the weekend and won. I’m a bit bemused when I hear about Watford making 11 [against Coventry on Tuesday], other teams making ten. You’ve got a squad of players – so when do they play? When do these players play? If you don’t think they’re good enough, don’t have them in your squad. If they don’t play, then when they do come on people say, ‘Oh, he lacked match sharpness’. Well he hasn’t played for six weeks. That’s why you want to be in these competitions – a) to get to Wembley and try win it but b) is to give all your players valuable pitch time because you can’t replicate pitch time. We were not good enough, overall, simple as that. We didn’t deserve to go through tonight. The first 20 or 25 minutes we were very comfortable, probably too comfortable. We looked very good, and then, in truth, we got complacent and sloppy and a team like Portsmouth will hurt you. They grew into the game, by half-time they were back in it. Second half, though we flattered to deceive with some possession stats, it was irrelevant, we never really troubled them.” www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/qpr-boss-mark-warburton-on-warpath-as-he-defends-tinkering-after-efl-cup-exit-a4223771.html

Bollocks , as long as the club and younger supporters have this attitude ,we will have season upon season of dross ,nothing ever to play for ,why fuckin bother ? Staying in the league should be number 1 priority, cup is a distraction. If you disagree, cool. Again, your opinion. Didn`t meen for that to be aimed at you Ginge , i was a bit emotional last night . As you say , all about opinions .

Hard to argue with Warbs there. Again. Agree. Balanced and honest as always, and criticises where it's genuinely justified. His arguments for using the squad can't really be faulted. Did he play a flat back four the whole game? Even after the Wigan victory he did reiterate that the squad still has much to learn and improve on. #WorkInProgress

Just looked at our “goal”. Never offside in a million years. He was just jumping out the way.
